Bareboat charter: This type of charter yachts is for the experienced people who are has been sailing before. Actually, the owner of the boat will have some kind qualifications from the national authority before sailing on the charter yacht. This qualification would be something like an Offshore Skipper Certificate, which depends on where you are from.
