The term luxury Mega Yacht refers to a very luxurious privately owned mega yacht that is efficiently crewed. Luxury yachts are also called as a Super Yacht, a luxury mega yacht can be either a motor or sailing yacht.

Some of the luxury yachts are used solely by their private owners, whereas the others are operated and used as charter businesses and a huge number of yachts are privately owned but offered for charter part time.
